Delivery from our Gypsum yard to Centennial is Zone E$1,200 each way, with pickup billed as another Zone E leg. At 143 road miles, Centennial is among the four farthest Colorado towns in this zone, so the order should be substantial and stationary enough to justify the haul.

The practical Centennial order is a 20 ft office and 20 ft storage box occupying an approved part of a striped parking lot for a season. Office-park tenant improvements, campus work, municipal projects and school schedules can fit that pattern; one small box needed briefly usually does not.

What is the full cost of serving Centennial?

Use the monthly unit price, the planned rental months and two zone trips. A Base 20 ft office rents for $795/mo on a three-month minimum, and a 20 ft storage container is $295/mo on a one-month minimum. Delivery adds $1,200 and retrieval adds $1,200.

That structure rewards duration, not distance. An office used through demolition, rough-in, finishes and closeout carries the same two truck legs as one removed after its minimum. The mobile-office cost guide and Denver cost answer show the lines to compare.

The optional damage waiver is 12% of rent plus recurring upgrades; its deductible and exclusions are in Rental Agreement §12, and theft is excluded. The environmental fee is 5% of that same base without compounding on the waiver. Add both when comparing complete invoices.

Ask any yard whether office heat and cooling, lights, outlets, floor and shore-power connection are included. Then ask whether delivery, retrieval, furnishings, internet, camera service, damage protection and environmental charges are separate. A headline rent cannot answer those questions.

When does the long haul lose to a local option?

A closer Front Range yard is usually right for one storage box on a short remodel, for a same-week need other than a Base office, or for a site that will move across Centennial. The Zone E truck fee applies each time JOLT makes a highway leg. There is no reason to bury that cost when the project profile works against it.

JOLT can move a unit within the same property for $450, but customers cannot relocate equipment themselves under Rental Agreement §5.5. Moving from one tenant-improvement address to another is a pickup and a new delivery, not an on-site move. A contractor with that schedule should use a local yard or run the rent-versus-buy break-even instead.

JOLT becomes competitive when the setup remains for a season, whatever the mix of office, storage and support equipment; each unit still carries its own Zone E delivery and pickup. One reservation can cover a furnished office, secure box, hand-wash station, temporary fence and traffic control. Ask competing yards whether each accessory requires a different vendor or its own deposit.

How should a parking-lot delivery be planned?

Reserve around the standard 2–4 week delivery window and use current availability on the product page. JOLT Express puts a Base 20 ft office on site within 7 business days for $750, but it does not apply to storage, Grid-Free, Alpine, fence or equipment. The how-it-works page covers reservation through pickup.

A 20 ft unit needs about 70 ft of straight-line clearance for the tilt-bed truck; a 40 ft unit needs about 100 ft. Adequate overhead clearance, road width, turning room and grade also matter, and the final pad must be firm, level and well drained under Rental Agreement §5.2. Read the delivery-space answer before assigning parking stalls.

Striped lots create a false sense of room. Parked vehicles, landscape islands, light poles, fire lanes and active loading routes can consume the truck path even when the final two stalls are open. Walk the whole approach and mark the exact container corners rather than sending only a site pin.

An authorized representative must meet the driver and direct placement. If the truck cannot place equipment because access, site conditions or the representative are not ready, the trip is charged and rescheduled under §5.3. Keep the route clear until the tilt-bed has departed.

I-25 and E-470 border Centennial. Give JOLT the owner-approved entrance and receiving instructions so the driver does not arrive at a passenger entrance or a controlled service gate.

Office parks may have several buildings under one street number. Include the building name, dock or service-drive entrance, property contact and a marked placement sketch with the reservation. The person meeting the truck should know which parking stalls can be occupied and have authority to resolve a conflict.

Keep the straight approach open for the entire set, not only at arrival. Delivery vehicles, employee cars and waste service can close the lane while the driver is preparing the tilt-bed. A short coordination notice to the property manager and active trades is cheaper than a failed trip.

Who approves containers and masts in Centennial?

The customer obtains all permits, approvals, zoning clearances, HOA consents and landlord consents under Rental Agreement §5.2(d). Start with the authority governing the exact Arapahoe County parcel, then obtain the office-park owner or property manager's written placement approval. The Colorado container-permit answer provides a question list.

Centennial Airport is owned and operated by the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority and opened in 1968 as Arapahoe County Public Airport (Arapahoe County). On airport-adjacent work, confirm any airport, FAA and property-owner requirements that apply to a mast at the actual placement and height before it is reserved or raised. JOLT's light tower has a mast to about 30 ft with four LED floodlights.

The Dove Valley and Inverness business-park areas sit along the city's southern edge near the airport. Property controls there can govern parking allocation, screening, delivery hours and contractor access in addition to public permits. Ask the owner for those conditions before choosing a container location.

Municipal and school-district projects add their own logistics instructions. Confirm the approved work hours, truck gate, summer access, background or credential process, and person authorized to receive equipment. JOLT supplies the unit; customer and owner approvals define where and when it can enter.

Residential work adds HOA and neighbor-facing constraints. Written HOA approval should identify the approved location and duration before a 10 ft or 12 ft box leaves Gypsum. Preserve sidewalk, driveway and emergency access according to the governing approvals rather than assuming the smallest unit is exempt.

For a light tower, cover both its parked footprint and its raised mast in the owner's approval. The unit is trailer-mounted with a generator cabinet on a single-axle trailer, so the owner should review where it operates as well as where it is stored. Do not raise the mast until the property review, and any airport or FAA requirement that applies to the placement, is settled.

What should a Centennial winter plan cover?

The customer clears snow, ice and debris from roofs, condensers, panels, doors and access paths under Rental Agreement §7.4. Keep plowed piles out of the truck route and maintain a clear path around the mini-split condenser. Pickup cannot happen until the equipment and route are accessible.

A Base office supplies mini-split heat when connected through its 50-amp shore-power inlet. Grid-Free can run its HVAC from the built-in 10 kWh battery without shore power, but solar output still depends on sunlight and load. For an office that will sit through a full winter, the Alpine tier at $1,895/mo adds a standing-seam over-roof, covered entry deck and backup heat to those Grid-Free systems. The winter office answer covers routine operation and snow clearing.

Screened fence needs special attention on an exposed parking lot because screening catches wind. The customer arranges any ballast or site-specific support required by the approved plan and protects equipment from wind. Ask the property owner where plows will push snow before setting the fence line.

A ground heater can support winter concrete work with a trailer-mounted hydronic system and insulated hose on a reel. It thaws ground and cures concrete, rents for $1,450/mo in season and has a one-month minimum. Confirm its operating area and trailer access with the owner.

Which setup works for an office-park project?

The 20 ft office family fits a two-stall field setup better than the longer bathroom office. Base is an 8 ft by 8 ft 6 in ISO office with a 36-inch steel personnel door and two barred slider windows. It includes mini-split heating and cooling, a 50-amp shore-power inlet, lights, outlets and vinyl-plank floor.

READY adds a plan table, 2 chairs, whiteboard, mini-fridge, microwave and 1,500 W heater for $125/mo. It is the direct answer for a PM arriving with a laptop and no furniture. Ask another yard whether desk, chairs, whiteboard and appliances are in its quoted office rate or billed separately.

Put a 20 ft storage box beside it for materials. This one-trip standard-height ISO box has cargo doors with four lock bars and a welded lockbox, with no windows or personnel door. It keeps the office from becoming a tool crib and preserves the work surface for drawings and meetings. Where a casework or mechanical package needs more floor and the lot offers the 100 ft approach, the 40 ft storage container at $425/mo is a one-trip high-cube, 9 ft 6 in tall, on a three-month minimum.

For a larger field team or a project that needs an enclosed restroom in the office, the 40 ft office with bathroom rents for $1,595/mo. It includes a mini-split, 50-amp inlet, lights, outlets and vinyl-plank floor, but requires the 100 ft approach. The 20 versus 40 office guide frames that site-space decision.

A hand-wash station can be added to any unit or ordered alone for $85/mo. Ordered alone, its reservation deposit is $85. Ask where the owner wants it placed and preserve an access path for service.

What fits residential and civic work?

Residential remodel sites often cannot surrender two full parking stalls. The 10 ft storage box is 8 ft wide and standard height, with half the floor of a 20 ft unit. A walk-in man door and barred window sit on the long side, cargo doors are on the end, and rent is $225/mo.

The 12 ft storage box is also 8 ft wide and standard height, with a man door and one barred window on its long side plus cargo doors on the end. At $325/mo, it provides a little more floor while retaining walk-in tool-crib access. HOA and property-owner approval remain the customer's responsibility even for these smaller units.

School summer work often aligns with the three-month office minimum and a planned 2–4 week lead time. Reserve before the break, settle the receiving date with the district, and preserve the truck route from summer-program traffic. Rent remains due for the full minimum under Rental Agreement §3.1, even if work finishes early.

For municipal street or utility work, the Basic traffic package includes 25 cones, 6 Type II barricades and 2 sign stands for $495/mo. Standard includes 50 cones, 10 Type III barricades, 8 vertical panels, 4 sign stands and 2 flagger paddles for $695/mo, and Full adds a solar arrow board and 2 flashing barricade lights. Equipment supports the customer's approved traffic plan; it does not replace one.

Temporary fence uses galvanized 6 ft by 10 ft chain-link panels, steel tube stands and clamps. Rent is $3.50/LF/mo, installation is $1.75 per linear foot, and removal is $1.75 per linear foot. Ask every yard for all three lines.

How do power, internet and security get added?

For a Base office with shore power coming later, POWER provides two 400 W solar panels, a 3 kWh LFP battery and inverter for $399/mo. It runs Starlink, camera, lights and laptops, not the mini-split. The off-grid power guide separates office loads from HVAC loads.

CONNECT adds a Starlink Mini, router and 50 GB Roam service for $259/mo. WATCH is a solar LTE panoramic camera with motion alerts and cloud clips for $129/mo. The JOLT Pack combines WATCH, CONNECT and POWER at $699/mo.

If the mini-split must run before shore power exists, use Grid-Free. It includes everything in Base plus the three built-in upgrades and a 10 kWh battery that runs the HVAC. No shore power is required.

Satellite, cellular and solar service depend on third-party networks, sky view, weather, sunlight and load, and Rental Agreement §13.2 makes no uptime promise. Customers must post any required recording notices and obtain consents for WATCH under §13.3. The construction-site camera answer explains its role.

On a tenant improvement, the property owner's network policy may prohibit contractor devices from joining building systems. CONNECT gives the project a separate service path, subject to sky view and third-party service conditions. Confirm where its equipment may sit and whether the owner's security team needs the device documented.

If WATCH faces shared parking, public paths or occupied tenant space, define the camera view before activation. Recording notices and consents are not supplied by JOLT. A documented view and posted notices help the superintendent keep the device aligned with the customer's site policy.
