It is the closest Zone D town to the yard in miles and the highest incorporated city in the United States at roughly 10,150 ft (Wikipedia), and the second fact is the one that decides which office to reserve.

What does delivery to Leadville cost?

Delivery is $950 and pickup is $950, charged as two legs with nothing added for fuel or the calendar. The fee is the same for a 10 ft storage container and a 40 ft office, because the line pays for a truck day on a two-lane mountain highway.

The mileage is shorter than Breckenridge's 71 and the fee is higher, and the reason is the road.
