Upgrades stack on any office or storage container and bill monthly with the rent.
The Pack saves $88 a month against the three lines taken separately. Whether that saving matters depends on one question: does the same container need all three systems?
The price is before tax. Rent and recurring upgrades form the base for the 12% damage waiver and the 5% environmental fee; the environmental fee does not compound on the waiver, and the deposit-plus-certificate-of-insurance alternative is set out in the protection terms.
Billing begins when the container is delivered rather than while the systems are fitted at our yard in Gypsum. The Pack remains on the monthly invoice through retrieval, then the camera, satellite equipment, solar equipment, battery and mounting hardware return with the unit.
The line does not include container rent, transportation, deposit, READY or sales tax. Review published pricing to separate those items and how it works to plan reservation, yard fitting, delivery and pickup. Rates rise 5% on each anniversary of delivery.
What does the Pack do during a workday?
The Pack addresses three gaps on one container: a view of part of the site, an internet connection for the field team and electrical support for listed light loads. It is for a superintendent who would otherwise order WATCH, CONNECT and POWER as three separate recurring lines.
WATCH puts a solar-charged LTE panoramic camera on the unit. It can provide motion alerts and cloud clips over its own cellular connection, so it does not depend on CONNECT to send remote features. Tell us whether the gate, laydown area or primary approach matters most before fitting.
CONNECT puts a Starlink Mini on the roof and a router inside with 50 GB Roam. It gives laptops and phones a defined jobsite internet path without claiming a particular speed. A clear view of the sky, third-party service and power still determine whether that path works at the chosen placement.
POWER adds two 400 W solar panels on a roof rack, a 3 kWh LFP battery and an inverter. It supports Starlink, the WATCH camera, installed LED lights, laptops and phones. For those listed loads only, it is sized for about two days without sun, with actual duration controlled by weather, shade, battery state and use.
Together, the systems can keep ordinary coordination moving while temporary power or wired internet is unavailable. A foreman can receive plans, charge a laptop, use installed lights and maintain a remote view from the same container. That does not make the package utility service or a complete security program.
The three functions remain distinct even though they bill together. A cellular outage can affect WATCH while Starlink remains available; an obstructed sky can affect CONNECT; snow, shade or added demand can affect POWER. Grouping the systems does not erase their separate operating conditions.
Use the jobsite camera answer to plan the view, the Starlink cost answer to think through data use and the off-grid power guide to review loads. The Pack is a good order only when all three conclusions point to the same unit.

What is included, and where are the limits?
WATCH includes the solar LTE panoramic camera, motion alerts and cloud clips. It is another set of eyes on the area within its view, not access control, a monitored guard service or a complete site security plan. Containers, stockpiles, machines and terrain can block what one camera sees.
CONNECT includes the Starlink Mini, router and 50 GB Roam plan. It is not a speed promise and does not establish that the allowance fits every workflow. Large transfers, sustained video use and many simultaneous users should be considered before selecting the included plan.
POWER includes the two 400 W panels, 3 kWh LFP battery and inverter. The supported loads are Starlink, the camera, LED lights, laptops and phones. It does not run the mini-split, power tools, compressors or heaters.
The Pack does not include READY. A plan table, two chairs, whiteboard, mini-fridge, microwave and 1,500 W heater belong to the separate READY upgrade, and the POWER battery does not operate READY's microwave or heater.
The Pack does not enlarge the standard POWER battery and does not turn a Base office into Grid-Free. Grid-Free has a 10 kWh battery that runs its HVAC, while the Pack carries the standard 3 kWh system for listed light loads. Choose the office tier from the HVAC requirement rather than from the number of attached systems.
A second camera is available for $60/mo and requires WATCH or the Pack. Use it when the gate and material area require different angles or the container blocks one important approach. Placement for both cameras should be settled before fitting.
Unlimited Starlink is available for $75/mo and requires CONNECT or the Pack. It changes the service selection, not the need for clear sky view, power and third-party availability. Add it when the expected work does not fit the included 50 GB plan.
Every installed item remains JOLT property under section 13 of the Rental Agreement Terms. The customer rents the equipment and service but does not receive title to the camera, Starlink equipment, panels, battery, inverter, router or mounts.
Which units should receive the Pack?
The Pack can be added to the 20 ft Base office, the 40 ft office with bathroom and 10, 12, 20 and 40 ft storage containers. It does not go on Alpine, Grid-Free, temporary fence, light towers, ground heaters, traffic control or hand-wash stations.
Grid-Free and Alpine are the important exceptions. Both already include WATCH, CONNECT and POWER, so neither needs or can use the Pack as another base line. On either tier, only READY, a second camera and unlimited Starlink can be added.
| Unit | WATCH + CONNECT + POWER | JOLT Pack |
|---|---|---|
| 20 ft office — Base | Available as upgrades | Add |
| 20 ft office — Alpine | Already included | Do not add |
| 20 ft office — Grid-Free | Already included | Do not add |
| 40 ft office with bathroom | Available as upgrades | Add |
| 10, 12, 20 and 40 ft storage | Available as upgrades | Add |
| Fence and equipment | Not available | Not available |
Base is a direct Pack candidate when a project has no dependable internet or temporary power at the office and wants remote observation from the same box. The Pack adds those systems but leaves Base's mini-split dependent on its proper shore-power connection.
Alpine cannot accept the Pack because WATCH, CONNECT and POWER are already built in. Its mountain envelope and backup heat belong to the office tier, while READY, a second camera and unlimited Starlink remain available.
The 40 ft office with bathroom also accepts the Pack. Water and sewer remain the customer's responsibility, and neither satellite equipment nor solar-battery equipment changes that utility scope.
Every storage size can take the Pack, including the 20 ft storage container. That can fit a remote tool crib that needs a camera view, data and low-draw electronics, but it does not add office HVAC, finishes or a new door arrangement. Select storage for storage needs first.
The Pack is not synonymous with off-grid office HVAC. If heating and cooling must run without shore power, choose Grid-Free or Alpine. If an eligible unit needs all three standard kits but not off-grid HVAC, the Pack is the direct selection.
How is everything fitted, protected and returned?
We fit the Pack at our yard in Gypsum before our truck rolls. Camera direction, satellite sky view, panel exposure and planned loads should be discussed while the unit is being assigned, not after another trade parks equipment around the delivered container.
Tell us which side holds the gate, laydown area or approach so WATCH can be aimed at the useful scene. Describe trees, walls, cut banks or structures around the intended position so CONNECT's sky-view requirement and POWER's sun exposure can be considered before placement.
If the need appears during an active rental, JOLT can arrange a later addition. Do not remove, disable, transfer or improvise the systems yourself. A later fit depends on the assigned unit and site access, which are confirmed through the arrangement rather than assumed here.
Removing JOLT cameras or telematics is prohibited. Cutting, drilling, painting, unauthorized movement and improvised utility connections are also prohibited under the use rules. Keep the equipment on its assigned container and contact JOLT when the site layout changes.
The customer must keep snow, ice and debris off roofs, panels, cameras, dishes, doors and access paths. Build that work into the storm response because covered panels, an obscured camera or a blocked dish can reduce the systems' usefulness. Do not disturb mounts while clearing them.
The damage waiver does not cover upgrade hardware beyond ordinary wear. Theft, vandalism, unauthorized relocation and snow-load neglect are also excluded under section 12. Control access, document an issue and report it instead of attempting a repair.
At pickup, leave all Pack hardware attached and remove customer property and attachments. Clear the route for our truck and make the unit accessible. The camera, dish, router, panels, rack, battery, inverter and mounting hardware leave with the container.
What does reliable use depend on?
WATCH depends on LTE coverage for remote features and on a useful view of the intended area. Its own cellular path means it does not need CONNECT, but terrain and structures still matter. The customer remains responsible for recording notices, signage and consents at the site.
CONNECT depends on a clear sky view, weather, third-party satellite service and power. The included 50 GB plan is a defined allowance, not a statement about what every crew consumes. Review the actual reporting, plan access and communication workflow before deciding whether unlimited service belongs on top.
POWER depends on sunlight, panel exposure, weather, season, shade, snow cover, battery state and load. About two days without sun applies only to Starlink, WATCH, LED lights, laptops and phones. Added devices or longer use changes that duration.
JOLT does not guarantee uptime, speed, coverage or capacity and gives no credit for interruptions. These limitations, along with hardware ownership and access terms, are stated in section 13. Keep an appropriate fallback for any task whose interruption would stop critical work.
Placement decisions connect all three dependencies. A spot tight against a wall may be convenient for access yet obstruct the dish, shade the panels or narrow the camera view. Walk the intended position against the current logistics plan and the expected location of future structures and material.
Site conditions also change. A crane, stockpile, parked machine or new floor can alter sight lines and sky exposure after delivery. Do not move the container or its equipment yourself; raise the conflict with JOLT and use the approved on-site process.

When is a different upgrade the better choice?
Do not choose the Pack simply because the site lacks one service. If internet is the only missing function, choose CONNECT. If the project only needs remote observation, choose WATCH. If the listed light loads only need battery support, choose POWER.
Do not add the Pack to Grid-Free. WATCH, CONNECT and POWER are already included there, along with the larger battery that runs HVAC. Select READY, a second camera or unlimited Starlink only when one of those additional functions is required.
Do not choose the Pack to operate a mini-split, tools, compressors, READY's microwave or heaters. The standard POWER system does not support those loads. Use a suitable shore-power or site-power source, or choose Grid-Free or Alpine when office HVAC must run away from a hookup.
READY stays separate because furnishings solve a different problem. Add it when a Base, Alpine, Grid-Free, 40 ft office or storage container needs the defined table, seating, whiteboard and appliances. Its presence does not change Pack power limits.
The Pack earns its place when all three systems belong on the same eligible container for the same part of the project. The $88 monthly saving then follows the operational decision; it should not be the reason to order a camera, internet service or battery system the crew does not need.
Before reserving, identify the view WATCH should cover, likely internet use, exact POWER loads, container tier and placement. If those answers show three real needs on Base, the 40 ft office or a storage container, the Pack puts them on one recurring line without pretending it is Grid-Free.
