READY costs $125/mo and puts a plan table, two chairs, a whiteboard, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a backup heater inside a JOLT office or storage container. It bills monthly with the rent, starts when the unit is delivered and comes off when the unit does.

What it costs

Upgrades stack on any office or storage container and bill monthly with the rent.

The READY price is before tax. Rent plus recurring upgrades forms the base for the 12% damage waiver and the 5% environmental fee; the environmental fee does not compound on the waiver, and a deposit plus certificate of insurance is the alternative described in the protection terms.

READY shares the container's billing cycle. The recurring line begins on delivery, not while the equipment is being prepared at our yard in Gypsum, and it ends when our truck retrieves the furnished unit.

The monthly line does not replace rent, delivery, the reservation deposit or sales tax. Use published pricing to separate those costs, then use how it works to plan reservation, fitting, delivery and retrieval without treating furnishings as a separate vendor move.

Rates rise 5% on each anniversary of delivery. For budgeting, count READY for the same expected rental period as the container and remember that billing continues until retrieval, not merely until the field team stops using the room.

What does READY change on the first day?

An empty finished office is still an empty room. READY gives a superintendent a defined place to open plans, sit with a foreman, post current work and handle basic food storage and heating without loading loose office furniture into a pickup.

The plan table establishes the work surface. The two chairs make the included seating clear, while the whiteboard gives the crew a standing place for the short-interval plan, deliveries, inspections or constraints.

The mini-fridge and microwave handle basic food storage and heating. Keeping those appliances in the delivered unit can reduce the collection of coolers, extension arrangements and borrowed break-room gear that otherwise appears during mobilization. The crew still supplies food, containers, cleaning materials and its own office supplies.

The 1,500 W heater is backup to the mini-split and needs a suitable power source. It is not the primary heating system and does not change the office's electrical requirements. Confirm site power before assuming that delivered furniture means every appliance can operate immediately.

READY is useful when the person receiving the container needs to begin coordination instead of assembling furniture. It can also simplify demobilization because the rented pieces remain together and return with the unit rather than becoming surplus equipment that has to be stored or moved to another job.

The package does not design the field office for you. Before delivery, decide where the plan table belongs, what must stay visible on the whiteboard and which wall or path must remain clear for doors, windows, HVAC and electrical equipment. A little layout discipline keeps the room functional as paperwork and small supplies accumulate.

For a broader division between included equipment and customer responsibilities, read what comes with a mobile office rental. The jobsite setup checklist places the office interior in the larger sequence of access, utilities, placement and winter care.

The Base office interior provides the finished space where the READY furniture and appliances are fitted.

What is included, and what is not?

The complete READY list is a plan table, two chairs, a whiteboard, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a 1,500 W heater. Everything arrives inside the assigned unit and leaves with it. Confirm the fit for that unit at reservation rather than assuming additional furniture or accessories are part of the package.

Each item has a straightforward field use. The table supports plans and laptops, the chairs provide two work seats, and the whiteboard supports visible coordination. The mini-fridge and microwave support the workday, while the heater provides backup heat when an appropriate source powers it.

READY adds no internet. Choose CONNECT when the crew needs a Starlink Mini, indoor router and the included 50 GB Roam plan. If reliable site internet already reaches the container, leave CONNECT off and use the existing service rather than ordering a system without a job.

READY adds no camera or recording service. Choose WATCH when remote observation, motion alerts and cloud clips are required, and plan camera placement around the gate, laydown or approach. The customer's recording notices, signs and consents remain a separate responsibility.

READY adds no solar panels, battery or inverter. Choose POWER for its listed light loads, but do not expect that standard kit to run the READY microwave or heater. POWER also does not run the mini-split, power tools, compressors or other heaters.

The JOLT Pack combines WATCH, CONNECT and POWER. It does not include READY, does not add the furnishings or appliances and does not change the READY power requirement. A project that needs both selects the Pack and READY as separate recurring lines.

The rented furniture and appliances remain JOLT's property under section 13 of the Rental Agreement Terms. Do not replace an item with a site-owned substitute and send JOLT's piece elsewhere. Keep the complete kit in the assigned unit for use and return.

READY also does not convert a storage container into an office. The underlying storage unit keeps its own door and window arrangement and lacks the office features not listed for it. Add the package only when that box's intended workflow benefits from the included work surface and appliances.

Which units can arrive READY?

Every JOLT office and storage container accepts READY: the 20 ft Base office, Grid-Free, Alpine, the 40 ft office with bathroom, and 10, 12, 20 and 40 ft storage containers. Temporary fence, light towers, ground heaters, traffic control and hand-wash stations do not take container upgrades.

Base gives READY a finished office with lights, outlets, heating and cooling when properly connected to shore power. READY supplies the basic furniture and appliances that Base leaves optional, making the combination direct for a superintendent who has a real electrical plan.

Alpine accepts the same kit. Its mountain envelope and backup heat belong to the office tier, while READY remains the interior package. Do not confuse Alpine's included office features with the READY heater or assume the added appliance changes how site power is supplied.

Grid-Free already includes WATCH, CONNECT and POWER, but it does not include READY. Add READY when that off-grid office also needs the plan table, chairs, whiteboard and appliances. A second camera and unlimited Starlink are the other supported additions to Grid-Free.

The 40 ft office with bathroom can take READY. Water and sewer are still supplied and connected by the customer, and the furniture package has no effect on those utility responsibilities. Keep bathroom access separate from the plan-table and appliance layout.

READY can also go into a 20 ft storage container or another storage size. That can suit a tool crib where a foreman needs a check-in surface and basic coordination point, but the package does not add mini-split HVAC, office finishes or another personnel entrance.

Choose the underlying unit from the work first. An office is for sustained desk and coordination work; storage is for material and equipment. READY can make either space more useful, but it cannot correct a unit selected for the wrong primary job.

How is the kit fitted and used responsibly?

We fit READY at our yard in Gypsum before our truck rolls. The table, chairs, whiteboard, mini-fridge, microwave and heater travel inside the assigned container, so the crew receives one unit rather than coordinating separate furniture delivery.

Select the kit during reservation when possible. Tell us how the container will be used and identify any concern about the planned interior before fitting. If the need appears later, JOLT can arrange to add READY during an active rental rather than asking the crew to alter the unit.

On arrival, inspect the included pieces and keep paths to doors, windows, electrical equipment and HVAC clear. Do not wedge furniture against equipment that needs airflow or service access. Establish a place for plans and small supplies so the work surface does not become overflow storage.

The customer supplies electricity through the provided inlet as required for the underlying unit, with a licensed electrician making the connection. The mini-fridge, microwave and 1,500 W heater require a suitable source. Do not route an improvised utility connection through a door or window, and do not drill or cut the container.

Use the heater as backup to the mini-split and operate it according to its instructions. Keep stored material away from the heater and avoid treating it as a way to compensate for a missing or unsuitable electrical plan. POWER is not a source for the heater or microwave.

The customer bears risk of loss from delivery until retrieval. The damage waiver excludes upgrade hardware beyond ordinary wear, along with theft, vandalism, unauthorized relocation and snow-load neglect, as stated in section 12. Report a damaged appliance or furnishing to JOLT rather than repairing, removing or replacing it yourself.

Routine care matters. Keep food managed, clean spills and leave ventilation and access unobstructed. READY reduces procurement work, but it does not transfer daily housekeeping or safe use of the room to JOLT.

When the project closes, remove customer food, papers, electronics, supplies and furniture. Leave every READY item inside and keep the unit accessible for our truck. The equipment returns with the container, and the recurring line ends with retrieval.

What does READY depend on?

READY depends first on the underlying container being appropriate for the intended work. A furnished storage box remains a storage box, and a furnished office still needs a prepared placement, access and utilities. Furniture should be the last layer of the selection, not a substitute for choosing the right unit.

The appliances and heater depend on suitable electrical power. READY itself supplies none, and the standard POWER kit does not support the microwave or 1,500 W heater. A Base or 40 ft office therefore needs its proper shore-power arrangement for those loads; confirm appliance use on Grid-Free or Alpine at reservation.

Grid-Free changes the office power plan because its integrated 10 kWh battery runs HVAC and WATCH, CONNECT and POWER are built in. READY remains separate even there. Confirm the expected appliance use for the assigned unit at reservation rather than inferring that every outlet and load can run without limit.

If CONNECT is added, service depends on a clear sky view, weather, third-party satellite service and available power. WATCH remote features depend on LTE coverage, and solar performance depends on weather, exposure, shade and load. READY neither improves nor guarantees those services.

JOLT does not guarantee uptime, speed, coverage or capacity and gives no credit for service interruptions. Those limits and the rules for upgrade ownership and access appear in section 13. Keep paper or offline procedures for work that cannot stop when a network does.

The container also depends on site care. Keep snow, ice and debris off roofs, condensers, panels, doors and access paths under the use rules. Interior readiness does not reduce the customer's responsibility for safe access and ordinary care through winter.

When should you skip READY or choose another option?

Skip READY when the company already has suitable furniture and appliances moving through its own logistics system. The package is most useful when day-one setup and end-of-job removal solve real work, not when it duplicates gear already assigned to the project.

Skip it for a storage unit used only for bulk materials. A plan table and appliances consume usable interior area and require housekeeping. If the crew only needs secure storage, reserve the box without furnishing it and keep coordination in the field office.

Choose WATCH rather than READY when the problem is remote visibility. Choose CONNECT when the missing function is internet. Choose POWER for Starlink, the camera, LED lights, laptops and phones when those listed loads need support without shore power.

Choose the Pack when one eligible unit needs WATCH, CONNECT and POWER together. Add READY separately only if the same unit also needs the interior kit. On Grid-Free, do not choose the Pack because its three systems are already included; READY is still available.

READY does not make a Base office Grid-Free or Alpine, and its heater does not replace the mini-split. When HVAC must run without shore power, choose Grid-Free or Alpine instead of trying to assemble that capability from furniture and the standard POWER kit.

Before reserving, decide who works in the unit, what surface and seating they need, where power comes from and whether food appliances belong in the workflow. A direct answer to those questions shows whether READY removes a mobilization task or simply adds equipment the crew will not use.
