Site and access
- Less than the 70 ft of straight-line clearance a 20 ft unit needs (Rental Agreement §5.2). JOLT publishes no shorter figure, so this drawing plans 70 ft; the yard confirms your spot at reservation.
- A clear lane at least 12 ft wide, and a 16 ft gate opening where the truck turns.
- Overhead: keep branches, wires and headers well above 14 ft 6 in; the tilting bed rises higher while it sets the unit.
- A firm, level, well-drained surface, with utilities located and marked (Rental Agreement §5.2).
