A private Eagle pad should be firm, level and well drained. Rental Agreement §5 also calls for marked utilities and usable truck access. Keep about 70 ft of straight-line clearance for a 20 ft unit. At an Eagle site, give the 40 ft unit about 100 ft straight. Photograph the entry, pad and exit before ordering a large office. Watch for a new trench beside the straight lane. Leave workers a clear path to the office door. Reserve the same approach for the final phase. A pad near utility work may need extra planning as the site shifts.

Place gate openings where vehicles and workers actually pass. Leave the container doors out of the public walkway. If the work boundary changes, update the office and fence drawing together. A superintendent should share that direction before the truck approaches.

A 12 ft walk-in container puts a man door and barred window on its side. That makes tool checkout convenient near an Eagle work face. An Eagle phase pad too short for a 20 ft box may fit 10 ft storage. For longer material storage, the 20 ft box has cargo doors. Four lock bars and a welded lockbox protect that opening. The 40 ft high-cube provides twice the floor of a 20 ft box. It stands 9 ft 6 in tall. Choose it only when the pad and longer approach work together.
At a bigger Eagle site, the 40 ft office with bathroom can serve more field activity. It has an enclosed bathroom at the far end. The office uses a 50-amp shore-power inlet. Plan its larger truck lane separately from its interior value. Keep the final pad level even if surrounding fill slopes. Move snow storage and material stockpiles beyond the retrieval line. An access route that stays open through closeout is part of the initial site plan.
Our Gypsum yard is 6 miles west of Eagle. I-70 Exit 147 connects the two towns. US-6 offers a parallel local route. We choose the final turn from the actual Eagle placement address. A short valley trip still needs a workable site entrance. Photograph the entry from the street as well as from the pad. Identify work-zone traffic that may block the truck. Check whether the driver can leave without crossing fresh construction.
The interstate approach differs from a US-6 frontage entrance. Discuss any temporary gate or changing site road with us. A 10, 12 or 20 ft unit travels on JOLT's truck. A vetted partner carrier transports 40 ft units. Either vehicle needs the correct turn, pad and representative. Keep Eagle's Exit 147 directions specific to the Eagle site.
A phased Eagle job benefits from a stable field office. It may also need storage and a movable fence boundary. We can plan the combination around the site's future work faces. Define the material perimeter with temporary fence. Shift the work boundary only after reviewing the new layout.

Sunlight and load still affect output at an Eagle pad. On a broader institutional site, consider the bathroom office if access permits. Position storage doors and office entry on separate worker paths. That makes the complete field setup easier to use over several phases.
Eagle stands at 6,601 ft according to USGS GNIS. Snow and freeze-thaw can change a graded entrance. A dry lane during excavation may soften during spring thaw. Check drainage around the office after storms. Keep plow piles away from the straight retrieval line. Clear snow around the door and daily access path.
