This Privacy Policy describes how Wins Parking, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a Jolt Rents and JOLT ("JOLT," "we," "us"), 60 Spring Creek Rd, Gypsum, Colorado 81637, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use joltrents.com, our text-message and chat services, our customer portal, and our equipment and services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. Name, company, phone number, email, billing and job-site addresses, ZIP code, product interests, delivery dates, logo files, messages you send us by form, text, chat, phone, or email, certificates of insurance, tax exemption certificates, and any other information you choose to provide.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information such as the last four digits and expiration of your card, or bank name for ACH, and transaction history. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, UTM parameters, approximate location from IP, session duration, clicks and form interactions, and similar data, collected through cookies, pixels, server logs, and analytics tools.

Call and text data. Phone numbers, call timestamps and duration, text message content, and, where permitted and noticed, call recordings.

Equipment, camera, and telematics data. Certain equipment and JOLT Upgrades include GPS or location devices, usage sensors, and — for the WATCH upgrade — solar-powered cameras that record video, still images, and in some models audio at the job site, along with motion events, timestamps, and device status. Satellite and cellular connectivity upgrades generate device, signal, and data-usage records. Camera footage may capture individuals at or near your site; you are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by law for recording at your site.

Information from third parties. Credit and business verification data, public records, CRM enrichment (e.g., company size and role), and information from social networks or directories you interact with.

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, remembering your configurator progress, analytics (Google Analytics 4), attribution (UTM and call-tracking), and, where enabled, advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit Site features. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals beyond that.

5. TEXT MESSAGES (SMS) — PROGRAM TERMS

This section constitutes the terms of the JOLT Rents Text Messaging Program. JOLT Rents is the only sender: no other company or brand sends messages under the program.

Opting in. We text you only if you tick the optional, unchecked box under a phone field on joltrents.com, or reply START to our number. Every form sends without the box ticked, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

What we send. Texts about your own request: your quote, reservation, delivery and pickup windows, add-ons, and the end of your term. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts. For help: reply HELP, email reserve@joltrents.com, or call 970-279-1015. Your mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. CAMERA AND TELEMATICS DATA — SPECIAL TERMS

Footage and data from WATCH cameras and equipment telematics are collected to protect our equipment and to provide the Upgrade services you selected. You (the customer) may access footage from cameras on your rental through the provider app during your rental. JOLT may access footage and location data to verify equipment location and condition, investigate loss, theft, or damage, respond to incidents, and comply with law. Footage is retained by the cloud-video provider for its standard retention period (typically 7–30 days for motion clips) and by JOLT only as needed for an incident, claim, or legal matter. You are responsible for complying with all laws regarding recording, notice, and signage at your site.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (generally seven years for transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Lead and inquiry data with no resulting rental is retained for up to three years unless you request deletion sooner.

9. SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including HTTPS, access controls, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, encryption of data in transit, payment processing through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider (Stripe), and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk, and you should protect your account credentials.

10. CHILDREN

The Services are intended for business customers and are not directed to anyone under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. UNITED STATES OPERATIONS

The Services are operated from Colorado, United States, and are intended for United States customers. If you access them from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
