Crews cool off in idling trucks. Afternoons slow down. Plans and laptops sit on the dash.

What JOLT changes

Every office has a mini-split for cooling and heat. Grid-Free runs it from its own battery.

Tools that walk off at night

What it costs you

Equipment theft costs U.S. contractors an estimated $300 million to $1 billion a year (National Equipment Register and NICB). Most of it is never recovered.

What JOLT changes

One-trip steel storage with a welded lockbox. WATCH adds a solar LTE camera with motion alerts for $129 a month. It comes built in on Grid-Free and Alpine.

A clean, lit office with a plan table (READY), Starlink for plans, email and video calls, and your logo on the door.

Good crews have choices

What it costs you

The industry needs 349,000 more workers in 2026 (Associated Builders and Contractors). Crews notice where they are asked to work.

What JOLT changes

A warm or cool room, power for phones and tools, internet and a clean place to eat.

Three offices. Pick the one your site needs.

Placing an office in Oklahoma

We help you plan the placement. Here is what Oklahoma asks for. First locate the Oklahoma parcel beyond its mailing city. An Oklahoma City mailing address may have another permitting authority. A Tulsa County project may lie outside Tulsa's boundary. Give us the marked position for each office and storage box. Then bring that drawing to the local planning desk. The state code record answers a different question from parcel zoning. We can help compare footprints after you know the usable space. Keep the land controller's consent with the site drawing. A single Oklahoma project can involve both private land and public frontage.

On a private lot

The Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission's IBC adoption record shows both 2018 and 2024 IBC rows. Ask the local building official which edition and amendments govern your occupied office. Bring the proposed duration and office dimensions. Describe power, occupancy and any bathroom connection separately. An Oklahoma cargo box storing materials raises a different use question. Ask planning where each proposed unit may stand on the parcel. Draw required parking and approved work areas before selecting a pad. An open stall on an Oklahoma site plan may serve another purpose.

For an Oklahoma City address, ask Development Planning which district governs the parcel. Bring the street address and parcel plan to that desk. Ask whether the temporary workspace fits the parcel's existing approval. Identify any site-plan revision that the proposed position might require. If a project owner controls the lot, ask for its marked staging area. Ask the MAPS 4 site controller about your exact pad. The city's June 2026 stadium announcement locates the work south of Bricktown. Ask the stadium site controller which part of that footprint your contract covers.

For a Tulsa parcel, ask Development Services about the occupied office and its connection. Tulsa's infrastructure development guidance separates utility street cuts from other infrastructure review. Show staff the intended service path if the office needs shore power. Ask where the property approval ends and public-space review begins. A Tulsa County mailing address calls for a boundary check first. Outside the city, identify the responsible county or municipality. Give that office the same marked plan, use and proposed duration. We can compare a 20 ft office against a narrower approved area. A 40 ft bathroom office needs a longer approved position and utility planning.

On a street or sidewalk

For an Oklahoma City curb, give Development Services the address and proposed office position. Show the adjacent driveway, sidewalk and curb cut on the drawing. Ask Development Services how your proposed curb occupation should be reviewed. Describe a brief unloading stop separately from a unit staying at the curb. Show any pedestrian passage affected by the Oklahoma City operation. Mark the private boundary so staff sees exactly where placement begins. Ask which office reviews any sidewalk activity at a Bricktown frontage. Keep the approved private pad separate from the public curb request.

Tulsa's minor right-of-way construction application lists “temporary use of street.” It also names Titles 35 and 11 of Tulsa's Revised Ordinances. Ask Public Works whether that category fits your particular operation. Bring the street segment, occupied area and intended dates. Show where Tulsa pedestrians can pass during any approved street activity. A permit for a utility cut may address a different section of roadway. Along South Yale or Sheridan, distinguish your stable staging parcel from moving roadwork. Ask about an approved private alternative if the street cannot hold the office.

For state-controlled roadway frontage, identify the authority for the exact right-of-way. Ask the local right-of-way desk about any Oklahoma City sidewalk position. Give that desk the proposed location and intended use. Ask whether a separate public-space approval applies to the worksite. Record its response beside the parcel approval. A highway-adjacent job still needs an authorized placement area. We can help compare office sizes against that area.

HOA and deed restrictions

Ask an Oklahoma HOA about a construction office on a residential driveway. Share the unit's exterior and planned placement with its review committee. Request the committee's answer alongside the city planning response. If a landlord owns the lot, ask for consent to the exact position. A commercial lease may designate parking and shared access. Check those spaces against the project owner's proposed staging drawing. Deed restrictions or easements can affect a pad even when zoning allows the use. Show utility access and shared drives before choosing a storage-box location. Keep the property owner's answer distinct from government approval.

At an Oklahoma City residential remodel, ask Planning about a driveway or side-yard position. Ask Planning which district governs that driveway. Give the HOA a drawing showing the position relative to the home. Show Planning the proposed position on your own project parcel. In Tulsa, first establish whether the lot lies inside municipal limits. Ask the governing zoning desk about the proposed construction-phase use. Get the tenant's and owner's consent if the construction contract covers leased land. For an Oklahoma committee, Alpine's cedar surrounds frame a matte-black exterior. Show that actual exterior if an architectural committee reviews temporary structures.

Getting the site ready

Mark the Oklahoma pad before selecting a unit. Walk the usable access path from the site's gate. Measure the approved space rather than the entire vacant lot. Note parked vehicles, overhead obstructions and marked utilities. Choose firm, level ground that drains after Oklahoma rain. Preserve any parking or circulation space required by the approved plan. Ask the site controller about upcoming curbs, trenches and stockpiles. A stadium-area position free in June may have another planned use later. Keep your revised staging drawing current as the work advances.

On an Oklahoma lot, 10 ft storage offers a barred window and long-side man door. The 12 ft crib has a man door and barred window on its long side. Choose either for a shorter approved storage position. Tulsa-bound 20 ft one-trip storage provides a welded lockbox and four cargo-door lock bars. For Tulsa, the 40 ft high-cube rises to 9 ft 6 in. Include the full storage position on the review drawing. Describe any staffed office separately to building officials. Ask the land controller which existing entrance serves both positions.

For an Oklahoma office with available site power, Base has a 50-amp inlet. Have the project's electrician plan the actual connection. Oklahoma crews can choose Grid-Free without shore power. Its 10 kWh battery runs HVAC; Oklahoma solar output depends on sun and load. In the 40 ft office, an enclosed bathroom sits at the far end. Ask the property controller about services for that choice. Match your Oklahoma site drawing to the selected unit, not a generic box outline. We can help you compare the four office choices against the marked position.

Where JOLT fits best

The MAPS 4 stadium announcement set a 2028 opening target. An Oklahoma City contractor on a long phase may need a staffed workspace. Its tools may need a separate locked 20 ft box. Ask the stadium site controller where each unit can stay. Tell our project desk both units your package needs. A stable private position matters more than a convenient-looking public curb. Grid-Free fits an authorized pad where electrical service is not ready. Its built-in WATCH, CONNECT and POWER address camera, internet and solar needs.

In Tulsa County, Beale Infrastructure's Project Clydesdale announcement described a five-year initial build-out. Such a long project can involve changing gates and utility work. Ask its project owner which staging positions belong to your contract. An office and locked storage box can come from the same JOLT fleet. Keep each position on the Tulsa County site plan. A shorter Tulsa road segment might instead use a stable private lot. The city's East 21st Street notice described work from Yale to Sheridan. Ask the Tulsa project authority for the current East 21st Street schedule.

Built for Oklahoma weather

NOAA's Will Rogers airport normals put Oklahoma City's July average high at 93.1 °F. That station's January average low is 27.0 °F. Its July precipitation averages 3.59 inches. NOAA's Tulsa International normals show a 93.6 °F July average high. Tulsa's January average low is 28.0 °F. July precipitation at Tulsa averages 3.76 inches. These station normals help plan, but each Oklahoma pad needs its own drainage assessment. Ask the Oklahoma building official about temporary-structure requirements for that particular parcel. Avoid identifying a flood-prone low spot as the project office position.

Every Oklahoma 20 ft Base office includes mini-split heating and cooling. The 50-amp shore-power inlet needs a planned connection. For a project awaiting service, Grid-Free needs no shore power. Its battery runs HVAC; Oklahoma sunlight and office loads affect output. Oklahoma Grid-Free includes built-in WATCH camera, CONNECT Starlink and POWER solar. The Alpine office adds backup heat for Oklahoma cold mornings. Alpine also has a covered entry deck and standing-seam over-roof. The 40 ft bathroom office also includes mini-split heat and cooling. Discuss its shore power and bathroom needs with the Oklahoma site electrician.

Rain at an Oklahoma City site can change which pad remains usable. Walk the approved route after the project's drainage plan changes. At a Tulsa County utility project, mark where trench work may affect access. Keep a stable approach on the site controller's drawing. Ask the local building official about wind or storm preparation for your specific temporary structure. Choose an office for power availability and actual occupied use. Choose storage for the tools and the approved remaining space. We can help compare those needs without treating airport averages as a site forecast. The Will Rogers and Tulsa stations give different July precipitation averages. That difference makes the exact Oklahoma parcel worth reviewing. For a Bricktown pad, ask where July runoff enters the approved work area. At a Tulsa County site, ask which utility cuts could interrupt its dry approach. Keep those Oklahoma weather notes beside your placement drawing.
