Willits is on the Eagle County side. A site along Fryingpan Road may have a Basalt address. Its truck approach can differ sharply from a Colorado 82 commercial parcel. The 2020 census counted 3,984 town residents. Of those, 2,917 lived in Eagle County. The other 1,067 lived in Pitkin County. A Willits development site may need a different layout than river-corridor work. A Fryingpan driveway deserves a measured turning plan. Mark utilities under the Fryingpan approach before our truck arrives. Build a firm, level and drained placement area. A 20 ft unit needs about 70 ft of straight unloading clearance. For a Basalt 40 ft set, reserve about 100 ft. Review the space guide with your superintendent. Mark where the truck can turn and leave. An office footprint alone cannot show that turning route. Keep one authorized representative present to choose the final position.

Glenwood Canyon has seen safety closures since the 2020 Grizzly Creek Fire. Rockfall or debris flows can also close it. We can update your Basalt field contact if the canyon interrupts departure.
