No permit is needed to use a JOLT office or container on a private lot in Sun Valley, because it is mobile and temporarily placed. Include the exact office position, access route and utility plan. A Sun Valley resort parcel may involve different private controls from a Hailey housing lot.
A Sun Valley estate may prioritize exterior appearance instead. Hailey and Bellevue often have different staging patterns along ID-75. The foundation answer helps frame the physical pad question. The slope placement answer helps with hillside planning.

A 40 ft unit in Hailey calls for about 100 ft. Check width, grade, turning radius and overhead space as well. The delivery-space answer helps map those movements. Walk the path from ID-75 or Sun Valley Road through the last gate. Keep parked vehicles, material and fences clear of the unloading line.
ISO 668 gives a standard container an 8 ft width. Check other road restrictions and the actual truck configuration. Have a designated representative direct placement at the marked pad. Ask them to settle window view, door direction and condenser access. Protect the same route through winter and later landscaping. Photograph the path before and after a busy construction phase.
The Sun Valley route from Gypsum measures 665 miles. It leaves I-70 at Rifle for CO-13 and CO-64. US-40 crosses Meeker, Rangely and Vernal toward Heber City. I-80 and I-15 lead through Salt Lake City. I-84 continues west across Idaho's Snake River Plain. US-93 heads north toward Shoshone. ID-75 runs through Bellevue and Hailey to Ketchum. Sun Valley Road completes the approach into town. Share your gate and pad address beyond that final turn.
ID-75 is the Sawtooth Scenic Byway and the Wood River Valley's only through road. North of Ketchum, ID-75 passes the Sawtooth National Recreation Area headquarters. It reaches 8,701 ft Galena Summit before descending toward Stanley. The summit is beyond a delivery ending in Sun Valley. It matters if a project plans onward movement north of town.

The Wood River Valley gets heavy snow and cold nights. Set the office where crews can clear every entrance. Keep plowed snow away from the condenser and return path. Rental Agreement §8 addresses snow-load risk from placement through retrieval. Assign someone to clear roofs, solar panels, doors and paths. Preserve drainage through freeze and thaw. The Alpine office adds backup heat and a standing-seam over-roof. Its covered entry can help define the pedestrian approach. Alpine includes Grid-Free's camera, Starlink, solar and 10 kWh battery. That battery runs HVAC without a shore connection at a Sun Valley pad. Check sunlight and load when evaluating solar output near Baldy. For winter construction, ground heaters thaw ground and cure concrete. Light towers put four LED floodlights on a trailer-mounted mast. Position both beyond the office entrance and plow lane.
