Jolt Rents manufactures, builds and outfits job-site offices from steel shipping containers at 60 Spring Creek Rd, Gypsum, CO 81637. That is the one yard where every JOLT office is built, whatever its size or tier. Whether the job is in Avon or Atlanta, the office on the truck was built here.

In words: the crew cuts the door and window openings in a one-trip steel container and frames them. The walls are lined with rigid foam insulation and finished with half-inch drywall. Mini-split heat and air conditioning, lights and a locking steel door go in next. A Grid-Free office then gets its rooftop solar, its battery, Starlink and its camera. Last comes your logo, if you want one, and then the truck to your site.

Nothing in that list is bought finished and dropped in. The openings, the framing, the insulation, the drywall and the fit-out are all done in Gypsum, which is what "made in Gypsum" means on this page.

What goes into a JOLT office

Every JOLT office starts as the same 20 ft steel box and the same build. What changes from one tier to the next is how the office gets its power and how it is dressed for the site.

Base is the office for a site that already has shore power. The build is the one in the timeline above: framed openings, rigid foam insulation, half-inch drywall, mini-split heat and air conditioning, lights and a locking steel door. It rents for $795/mo.

Grid-Free is the office for a site with no power at all. It adds rooftop solar, a 10 kWh battery that runs the heat and cooling, Starlink and a security camera, so WATCH, CONNECT and POWER are built in. There is no generator. It rents for $1,495/mo.

Alpine is the office for HOA, resort and front-of-house sites. It adds the mountain envelope and backup heat to the Grid-Free build. It rents for $1,895/mo.

Any of the three can carry your logo. BRAND is applied in the Gypsum yard before delivery, so the office arrives with your name on it.

Rent, lease or buy

Renting by the month fits a job with an end date: the office arrives, the rent starts that day, and the office leaves when the job does. Lease to own is for an owner who wants to keep the office and pay for it month by month. Buying outright is for the buyer who wants to pay once.

Stone Ridge Leasing, LLC is the leasing entity. It owns the fleet and is the lessor of record on the rental, ownership and lease-to-own documents, so its name is the one you will see on the paperwork.

Renting outside Colorado works the same way, on a 12-month minimum. A lease-to-own office becomes yours after the last payment: title transfers under the Lease-to-Own Addendum, and every plan and its terms are on lease to own. A bought office comes with delivery included in Zones A and B: Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek, Vail, Minturn, Wolcott and Glenwood Springs.

How a nationwide order works

JOLT ships to every state in the lower 48 and Washington, DC. Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Montana have fixed, published fees. Everywhere else, the order goes through three steps.

1. Pick the office, the term and the job ZIP. Choose Base, Grid-Free or Alpine, how many months you need it and the ZIP code of the site.
2. We route it and price it for your site. We route the office from the nearest JOLT source yard and price the delivery for your address.
3. You get a written delivered quote within one business day. It holds for 14 days.

Outside Colorado, rentals carry a 12-month minimum. Placement and pickup are in the quote. Every fee and every state is listed, with its date, on Container delivery by state.

The five fixed-fee states

Colorado is priced by delivery zone, Zones A to E, counted out from the Gypsum yard. Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Montana share one Mountain West fee per unit, each way. Pickup costs the same as delivery in all five states, so the figure you see is the figure you pay at each end of the rental.

The other 43 states and Washington, DC

There is no published fee outside the Rockies, because the route is different for every site. Instead you get a written delivered project quote within one business day. It names the delivery, the placement and the pickup, and it holds for 14 days.

Alaska and Hawaii

Alaska and Hawaii are quoted by phone. Call 970-279-1015 with the job address and the office you need for a written quote.

Find your state, city or town

Every lower-48 state has its own page, and so does Washington, DC. Many of them list city pages, too, and the mountain towns of Colorado and the Mountain West have pages of their own with their delivery zone and fee. The map above links to each state, the list under it links to every city and town, and the state directory has them all on one page.

How the office travels depends on its size and where it is going. A 10, 12 or 20 ft unit going anywhere in Colorado or the Mountain West rides on JOLT's own truck. A 40 ft unit, and every order outside the Rockies, ships on a vetted partner carrier from the nearest JOLT source yard. Either way, it is the same office, built in the same yard.

In Colorado and the Mountain West, the fees are fixed and published, and pickup costs the same as delivery. Rental delivery to Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Avon or Beaver Creek is $450 each way, the Zone A fee. The other Colorado zones and the Mountain West fee are on the delivery zones page, and the map above shows which fee applies in each state.

Reserving online works the same way from any state, on a phone or a laptop. Pick an office and a delivery window. A deposit holds it and counts toward the first bill. Rent starts the day the office arrives, not the day you reserve.

A second life for steel

Each JOLT office starts as a one-trip steel container. A box like that could have sat empty in a port yard. Jolt Rents gives it a second life as a working office. Base, Grid-Free and Alpine all start this way.

The same steel now holds a room with rigid foam insulation, half-inch drywall, mini-split heat and air conditioning, lights and a locking steel door. In a Grid-Free office it also carries its own solar, a battery, Starlink and a camera.

Up to 50 local jobs

Wins Parking plans to add up to 50 jobs in Eagle County over the next five years through Jolt Rents. The work is building offices, driving them, wiring their solar and electrical systems, and running the yard: builders, drivers, solar and electrical techs, and yard crew.

The yard where JOLT offices are built is also where Wins Parking runs its fleet parking. A crew that wants an office and parking in the same place can have both.

The Fleet Command Post is a private, lockable 20-foot office with five reserved truck spaces, with taxes and fees included in the monthly price. Wins Parking also offers monthly parking near Eagle County Airport for trucks, cars and trailers. Both are at 60 Spring Creek Rd, Gypsum, CO 81637, the same yard where JOLT offices are built, and both are booked through Wins Parking, not through JOLT.
