0:00What makes a storage container secure?
For tools on a jobsite, use a steel box with no windows and a lockbox. The JOLT 20-foot is a one-trip container with cargo doors, four lock bars and a welded lockbox. No windows, no side door: one way in, through doors you lock.
0:17How should you lay it out?
Give each trade a wall, keep the tools you use most near the doors, and leave the aisle open, so nobody unloads half the box to reach one pallet.
In Colorado the minimum is one month. Outside Colorado, it's twelve.
