0:00How much is storage container rent?

What does a storage container really cost to rent? Here's every line on the invoice.

Rent runs two hundred twenty-five dollars a month for a 10-foot box, two hundred ninety-five dollars for a 20, and four hundred twenty-five dollars for a 40-foot high cube.

The 20-foot is the most popular. It holds the contents of a large garage, and still fits most driveways.

Deposits are three hundred fifty dollars, or seven hundred fifty dollars for the 40. Both count toward your first invoice.

In Colorado, delivery runs four hundred fifty to one thousand three hundred twenty-five dollars each way, by zone. Pickup is the same fee.

0:34What is the minimum rental term?

The smaller boxes rent on a one-month minimum. The 40-foot, three months. Outside Colorado, 12.

After that, it's month to month until you call for pickup.
