0:00Container office or office trailer?

On a tight or mountain jobsite, a ground-level container office is usually the simpler choice. It comes off one truck and sits on the ground, with the door at grade and bars on the windows. No stairs, ramp or skirting to build.

0:15When does a trailer make sense?

A wheeled office trailer has a wider body, about 12 feet, but its stairs, landings and supports add to its footprint and its setup.

Neither type gets a blanket wind or snow approval, so confirm anchoring and access for your site.
