JOLT Launches The Grid: Secure Container Site Offices for Data Center Construction, Delivered to All Lower-48 States

GYPSUM, Colo. — November 2026 — JOLT Mobile Offices & Containers today launched The Grid, a line of 40-foot container site offices built for the general contractors, electrical and mechanical trades, and owner's reps building America's data centers.

Data center construction is running in nearly every state. Texas and Virginia alone have more than 270 projects under construction, according to industry trackers compiled on JOLT's data centers under construction by state page. Those campuses need secure, connected offices on day one, often in places where traditional office trailers are slow to arrive.

Every unit is built in Gypsum, Colorado, and ships nationwide as a legal-width load, so no oversize permits are needed. Contractors get a written quote within one business day, and general contractors can use PO and net-30 billing under a signed master agreement. Teams that would rather own can buy a Grid unit, starting at $48,000, or take a 36-month lease-to-own.
